Paneer is the main ingredient of this sweet dish. Any main course is incomplete without a dessert. This is a new version of a Kheer.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add warm milk and soak saffron in it.

Step 2 :

Add 3 cups of milk to a vessel and stir well. Boil the milk on low flame.

Step 3 :

Simmer the milk till it slightly thickens.

Step 4 :

Add crumbled paneer to the milk and stir well.

Step 5 :

Then add condensed milk to the vessel and stir well.

Step 6 :

Now, add sugar as required.

Step 7 :

Boil till the paneer cooks properly.

Step 8 :

Add finely chopped dry fruits and saffron milk into the Kheer and stir well.

Step 9 :

Add a pinch of cardamom powder to it and stir well.

Step 10 :

Switch off the flame, allow it to cool down at room temperature and place it in the fridge for about an hour.

Step 11 :

Serve it chilled, garnished with some chopped dry fruits.
