Step 1 :
Mix maida, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 2 :
In another bowl, mix butter and eggs.
Step 3 :
Add melted palm jaggery, milkmaid and vanilla essence to the egg mixture. Mix it thoroughly to get a fluffy consistency.
Step 4 :
Now, add the flour mixture in three portions to the egg mixture, mixing well each time with a spatula.
Step 5 :
If the mixture seems too stiff, then add a little milk.
Step 6 :
Grease the baking tray with butter and dust with a little flour.
Step 7 :
Pour the batter into the tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
