This dessert is made with sugarcane juice and therefore it is healthy with natural sugar instead of processed ingredients.

Step 1 :

Wash and soak rice in a bowl for an hour.

Step 2 :

Boil sugarcane juice and keep aside to cool down.

Step 3 :

Strain the sugarcane juice using a muslin cloth for any impurities.

Step 4 :

Boil the juice again, add rice to it and cook it on medium flame, until the rice is cooked.

Step 5 :

Add boiled milk to the rice and cook for around 15 minutes until the milk incorporates well.

Step 6 :

Keep stirring the rice continuously to prevent it from sticking at bottom.

Step 7 :

Add raisins and serve it chilled with curd.
