Step 1 :

In a pressure cooker, boil raw rice and moong dal by adding 1 and 1/2 glass water and 1/2 cup milk.

Step 2 :

Allow it to cook for 5-6 whistles.

Step 3 :

Mash it well once done.

Step 4 :

Boil 1/2 glass water, add jaggery and stir it continuously.

Step 5 :

Once jaggery melts, allow the syrup to bubble well, keep it aside.

Step 6 :

Strain the jaggery syrup.

Step 7 :

Add jaggery syrup to the mashed mixture and mix it well.

Step 8 :

Add cardamom powder to it and give it a good stir.

Step 9 :

Garnish it with roasted cashew nuts and raisins.
