This is a very easy recipe and can be made in no time. This dessert is flavorsome as it is sweet and sour in nature.

Step 1 :

In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp cold water and gelatin to it. Allow it to soak in the water for a minute.

Step 2 :

Now, add 2 tbsp boiling water into the gelatin mixture and stir till it dissolves completely.

Step 3 :

In a large bowl, add powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon extract and fresh cream.

Step 4 :

Beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy and combines well.

Step 5 :

Pour in the gelatin mixture and blend it well together.

Step 6 :

Transfer the mixture into glasses, cover it and place it in the fridge for about an hour.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with freshly grated lemon zest and serve chilled.
