Step 1 :
Heat 6 tbsp whipping cream in a vessel, once it begins to boil, switch off the gas.
Step 2 :
Take the white chocolate chips in a bowl and pour the hot whipped cream over it. Seal it with cling wrap to allow the white chocolate to melt.
Step 3 :
After 5 minutes, whisk the mixture until smooth.
Step 4 :
In another bowl, whip 1 cup of whipping cream. Whip the cream until it begins to thicken, once done add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract to it. Whisk until it turn fluffy and light.
Step 5 :
Gently, add in the whipped cream to the white chocolate mixture, in portions. Ensure to fold the mixture well after adding each portion to combine it.
Step 6 :
Divide the mousse into 4 cups and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 7 :
Chop strawberries into halves and mix it with 1 tsp water and 2 tbsp sugar. Mix it well and allow it to sit in the fridge for an hour.
Step 8 :
Before serving, add a dollop of the strawberry mixture over each mousse.
