This is a simple snack recipe that can be made for parties or potluck.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl, mix maida, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and water as required and make a soft dough out of it. Keep it aside to rest.

Step 2 :

Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker with water and salt.

Step 3 :

Peel the boiled potatoes, add salt, red chilly powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, coriander and green chilly. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

Now, divide the dough into 8 portions.

Step 5 :

Roll the dough with a rolling pin to make thin chapatis.

Step 6 :

Now, spread the potato mixture on the chapati and roll from one end to the other.

Step 7 :

Cut the roll into 1 inch thick pieces.

Step 8 :

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the rolls.

Step 9 :

Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
