This is an easy to make, healthy breakfast recipe.

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2 :

Once heated, saute green chillies and onions in it.

Step 3 :

Wait until the onions turn golden brown in color. Now, add diced potatoes to it.

Step 4 :

Give it a good stir and cover the pan with a lid to allow the potatoes to cook faster.

Step 5 :

While the potatoes are cooking, wash poha and soak them in water for 5-10 minutes.

Step 6 :

Once the potatoes are cooked, add salt to it.

Step 7 :

Drained the water from the poha and add the poha to the pan.

Step 8 :

Add sugar and lemon juice to it, mix it well and allow it to cook on medium heat.

Step 9 :

Add turmeric powder and give it a toss.

Step 10 :

Switch off the gas stove and transfer it into bowls.
