This is an easy to make, healthy recipe that can be had as an appetizer or as snacks.

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C for about 10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Prepare the muffin tray by putting paper cups in it.

Step 3 :

Sieve millet flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt in a bowl.

Step 4 :

Now, in another bowl take oil, sugar mix well till all the sugar get to dissolve.

Step 5 :

Add eggs in it and beat it well.

Step 6 :

Now add this mixture to the flour mixture slowly in portions and fold in gently.

Step 7 :

Add vanilla essence to it and mix well. Don't over mix.

Step 8 :

Pour the quantity and fill half of the muffin cups, sprinkle little oats over it.

Step 9 :

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Once done, take it out and allow it to cool down at room temperature.
