Crispy Potato Roses are healthy as well as easy to make.

Step 1 :

Finely slice potatoes and place them into a bowl with cold water.

Step 2 :

Take out the slices from the water and rotate it in a round fashion one over the other just like how a rose is.

Step 3 :

Pierce the toothpick into each potato rose.

Step 4 :

Fry these petals in oil until it turns golden brown in color.

Step 5 :

Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.

Step 6 :

Serve these fried potatoes with freshly chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
