An easy to make, yummy cake with the goodness of dry fruits.

Step 1 :

Sieve maida with baking powder and mix all the dry fruits and tutti fruiti in it.

Step 2 :

Melt 1 cup sugar in a pan and boil it till it starts caramelizing.

Step 3 :

Immediately, add 1/2 cup of water to it and boil the sugar syrup till slightly thick.

Step 4 :

Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. Now, add cream and mix well.

Step 5 :

Gradually, mix the flour to the batter while mixing lightly.

Step 6 :

Add vanilla essence, nutmeg and cinnamon powder and caramel syrup to the batter and mix them together.

Step 7 :

Bake it in a greased tin, in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes or till done.
