Step 1 :

In a bowl, add sugar and curds, whisk until sugar melts, add baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 2 :

Rest it for 5 minutes to allow the batter to rise.

Step 3 :

Then, add oil into the batter.

Step 4 :

Sieve maida and add it to the batter.

Step 5 :

Melt 100 gm chocolate, add 50 gm of fresh cream to it, then add that to the batter.

Step 6 :

Lastly, add the chocolate chips.

Step 7 :

Bake it at 180° on a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Step 8 :

Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean the cake is done.
