This fresh, easy to make salad is a go to on healthy diet days.

Step 1 :

Dice tomato and onion and set it aside.

Step 2 :

In a vessel, boil sweet corn with half a cup of water.

Step 3 :

Now, in a large bowl, add sprouted moong, diced tomato, onion and boiled corn. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

To the mixture, add chopped green chilly, coriander leaves, chat masala and salt. Stir it well.

Step 5 :

Add a few drops of lemon juice before tossing it for the last time and serve it in small bowls.
