Tomato Soup

Home made tomato soup is 100% pure with no added artificial colors. It is good for kids and can be consumed when sick too.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Cut tomatoes and onion and it boil with rice in a cup of water for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile take 1 tsp oil in a pan heat and fry diced bread till brown. Keep it aside.

Step 3 :

After 10 minutes, switch of the flame and let the tomato and onion mixture cool for 5 minutes and fine grind it in a grinder.

Step 4 :

Now, strain it using a sieve into another vessel. You can mash the boiled contents with a spoon.

Step 5 :

Boil it again for 5-7 minutes on low flame.

Step 6 :

Take some water in a small bowl and add corn starch to it, stir well.

Step 7 :

Add it carefully in the boiling soup, with butter and salt.

Step 8 :

Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Stir in between to make the soup thicker.

Step 9 :

Serve it hot in soup bowls. Garnish it with black pepper powder, butter and fried bread.
