Step 1 :

Heat butter in a pressure cooker.

Step 2 :

Add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute.

Step 3 :

Now, add coriander leaves, chopped carrot, cabbage, onion and spring onions. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

Mix corn flour in half cup of cold water and add it in the soup.

Step 5 :

Add water, lemon juice, salt and cover with a lid.

Step 6 :

When the cooker releases the first whistle, switch off the flame.

Step 7 :

Once cooled, blend it in the blender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
