This is a perfect winter day soup, it is also good for cold and cough.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a pan, dry roast black pepper corns, jeera, saunf and coriander seeds. Cool it and grind it in a grinder to make a fine powder.

Step 2 :

Wash and cut all the vegetables mentioned in the ingredients, separately and set it aside.

Step 3 :

Heat a cooker and add a tsp of oil in it.

Step 4 :

Add, chopped onion, tomato, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder and pour 2-3 glasses of water. Also, add 1 tbsp of the prepared ground mixture.

Step 5 :

Now, add salt and chopped coriander leaves to it. Cover it with a lid and cook it on medium flame, until 5 whistles.

Step 6 :

Once it is done strain it to bowl.

Step 7 :

Fry saunf in oil and add curry leaves.
