Step 1 :

Heat butter in a pressure cooker.

Step 2 :

Add sliced onion and saute it for a minute.

Step 3 :

Add ginger, green chilly, tomato and green peas and saute on a medium flame, for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now add water and cover it with the lid. When the cooker releases the first whistle, turn it on sim for 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Once cooled, blend and make it a smooth paste.

Step 6 :

Season the soup with salt and black pepper powder. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
