Broccoli Soup

This soup is very easy to make, tastes yum and is healthy too.

Step 1 :

Wash and cut broccoli and spinach, finely chop onion and garlic.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in sauce pan. Saute broccoli, spinach, onion and garlic, for 3-4 minutes. Once done, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.

Step 3 :

Grind it to a paste and add milk powder to the mixture while grinding.

Step 4 :

In the mean time, powder almonds coarsely in a mixer.

Step 5 :

Take another vessel, add water, pour in the broccoli mixture and bring it to a boil. Add almond powder and celery to it.

Step 6 :

Now, add pan fried mushrooms, salt and pepper. give it a good mix before bring it to a boil once more.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot!
