Spinach Soup

This spinach soup is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, magnesium, manganese, iron, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B2, potassium, and vitamin B6.

Step 1 :

Wash spinach, tomato, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Roughly, chop these ingredients.

Step 2 :

Take a mixer and grind all these ingredients together, to for a paste like consistency.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared mixture with 2 cups of water, corn flour, black pepper powder, clove powder, lemon juice, salt and stir.

Step 4 :

Allow the ingredients to cook for about 12-15 minutes, once done switch off the gas.

Step 5 :

Pour the soup into bowls and butter to it, serve it hot.
