This yummy yet nutritious soup is beneficial to have on cold winter nights. It also boosts the immunity system.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Chop tomatoes, beetroot, carrots, ginger and cabbage into small pieces and place it in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Now, add a glass of water, salt, sugar, black pepper powder and mixed herbs to it.

Step 3 :

Transfer the ingredients in a large vessel and bring it to a boil, then lower the flame and simmer it for 10 minutes.

Step 4 :

Once done, switch off the gas and allow it to cool down.

Step 5 :

Now, blend it into a smooth consistency and strain it using a sieve to remove the fibers.

Step 6 :

Again place on the stove and bring it to a boil. Adjust water, salt and black pepper powder as desired.

Step 7 :

Add a dollop of butter and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Step 8 :

Give it a good stir, switch off the gas and serve it hot in bowls.
