A hearty and simple mushroom soup that is low in calories and tasty at the same time!

Step 1 :

In a pan, add olive oil and garlic cloves.

Step 2 :

Add a sliced onion and toast it till it becomes golden brown.

Step 3 :

Now, add washed and chopped button mushrooms to it and roast for 3 minutes.

Step 4 :

Let this mixture cool, keep aside a few pieces of mushrooms, and then blend the whole mixture with 1 of cup of water.

Step 5 :

Now, pour this mixture back in the pan, add salt and pepper as per taste to it.

Step 6 :

Let it simmer for 5 minutes, on medium flame.

Step 7 :

Add milk and garnish it with toasted mushrooms and fresh coriander leaves.
