This healthy soup comprises of vegetables that help boost immunity and fight cold.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Chop all vegetables separately and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Take a pressure cooker, add water, all the vegetables, salt and pepper powder in it. Give it a good stir.

Step 3 :

Cover the lid and cook it on high flame until 3 whistles.

Step 4 :

Once done, set it aside to cool to room temperature.

Step 5 :

Transfer the boiled vegetables into a mixer and grind it into a coarse paste.

Step 6 :

Add the paste back to the pressure cooker. Do not strain the broth.

Step 7 :

Bring it to a boil, if needed add more pepper powder and salt to the soup.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot.
