0.33 Cup Maida 0.25 Cup Powdered Sugar

0.25 tsp Baking Powder 0.12 tsp Cinnamon Powder

1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Buttermilk

1 large Egg Yolk 0.25 tsp Vanilla Essence

2 large Banana

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a ceramic mug, whisk maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt together.

Step 2 :

Add in the mashed banana, oil, 1 tbsp applesauce, buttermilk, vanilla essence and the egg yolk. Stir the mixture well. Ensure there is nothing stuck at the bottom of the mug.

Step 3 :

Place the mug in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on high power. Make sure not to over cook the cake.

Step 4 :

Once done, take out the mug and let it rest for a minute.

Step 5 :

While serving place, a dollop of whipped cream and 2-3 banana slices over it.
