Banana Pancake is cooked with three main ingredients - Wheat flour, egg and banana.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add peeled and sliced banana, eggs, milk, wheat flour, baking powder and few drops of vanilla essence.

Step 2 :

Mix it well until all the ingredients combine to form a smooth batter. The batter shouldn't be too thick nor too watery. Once done, keep it aside to rest for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Pour a ladle full of batter on the hot pan to make the pancake.

Step 4 :

Ensure to cook the pancakes on both sides, the surface colour will change to light golden brown.

Step 5 :

Serve it hot in a plate and garnish it with honey.
