Dried Berry Pancakes

This pancake is a healthy breakfast as dried berries, butter and wheat flour are used to make it, instead of maida.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Take a bowl, add little milk and a tsp of butter to the wheat flour and prepare in dosa batter consistency.

Step 2 :

Heat a tawa and pour a ladle of batter into the pan. Do not spread it. Wait till it cooks well and turns to light golden brown in colour.

Step 3 :

Once done, flip it onto the other side and wait until it cooks well.

Step 4 :

Repeat the same steps to finish the batter.

Step 5 :

Once done, stack 3 pancakes in each plate and top it with a honey drizzle.

Step 6 :

Garnish it with blueberries, blackberries and cranberries. Add a cube of butter on the top of each pancake stack.
