These pancakes are easy to make and delicious to taste. Wheat flour being the core ingredient makes the dish even more healthy.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add wheat flour and buttermilk together. Mix it well until combined.

Step 2 :

Now, add eggs, baking powder, sugar and salt. Whisk it well until entirely incorporated.

Step 3 :

While mixing, ensure there are no lumps formed. The batter has to be of a balanced consistency, as required add flour or buttermilk to balance it. Make sure not to over mix the batter.

Step 4 :

Heat a pan with oil, once done, pour the batter on it. The pancake size cab vary as desired.

Step 5 :

Flip the pancakes once bubbles pop over the pancake surface. Cook on both sides until light brown in colour.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot with a cube of butter melting over the stack of pancakes.
