Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add wheat flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix it well.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, add eggs, vanilla essence, milk and melted butter. Stir it well.

Step 3 :

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix it well. Stir it well to ensure no lumps are formed.

Step 4 :

Heat a pan on medium flame and add oil to it. Pour 1/4th cup of the batter on the pan to make a pancake.

Step 5 :

Once cooked on one side, flip it on to the other.

Step 6 :

Drizzle the pancake with maple syrup and sprinkle cinnamon powder over it.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot with a dollop of fresh cream on it.
