This is a healthy pancake recipe as the core ingredient is wheat flour. The goodness of almonds and dates not only make it healthy but tasty as well.

Step 1 :

Boil dates in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes, allow it to cool. Now, grind it into a smooth paste.

Step 2 :

Now, beat the eggs in a bowl. Add wheat flour, baking powder, cooking soda, oil, vanilla essence and salt to it, give it a good whisk.

Step 3 :

Add the dates mixture and almond powder to the egg mixture and beat until it becomes a smooth batter.

Step 4 :

Now, add cardamom powder and mix it well.

Step 5 :

Heat the pan on medium flame. Grease the pan with some ghee.

Step 6 :

Pour 1/4th cup batter, in the pan and cover it with a lid for about 5 minutes, over medium flame.

Step 7 :

Once it is cooked on one side, flip it to the other side.

Step 8 :

Decorate the pancake with a dollop of whipped cream.
