Fruit Pizza Wheat Pancakes are made with wheat flour and other natural ingredients are topped with a low-calorie cream cheese substitute and are topped with a very generous serving of vitamins and nutrient-rich fruits.

Step 1 :

Combine wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, and ginger powder into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2 :

In a separate bowl, mix together almond milk, vanilla extract, egg and water.

Step 3 :

Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture until well-combined.

Step 4 :

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it with oil.

Step 5 :

Pour 1/4th cup of pancake batter into the pan. Cook it for 3-5 minutes, or until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown.

Step 6 :

Carefully flip the pancake and cook it for 2-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.

Step 7 :

Follow the same steps to cook the remaining batter.

Step 8 :

Top each pancake with cream cheese spread and chopped fruits.
