The idea behind this pancake is to take something that already has so much goodness and make it a perfect breakfast recipe.

Step 1 :

In a blender, add blueberries and banana. Blend it together.

Step 2 :

Add milk, egg, wheat flour, and baking powder in it.

Step 3 :

Blend it until the mixture is a smooth, uniform batter. Then, transfer it to a bowl.

Step 4 :

Mix in the chocolate chips with the batter and let it sit for 5 minutes in room temperature.

Step 5 :

Pour a little bit of oil into a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.

Step 6 :

When the pan is hot, add the batter in dollops depending on the portion size.

Step 7 :

Cook it for a couple of minutes, until the edges start to turn golden brown, then flip to the other side.

Step 8 :

Cook for another minute or so, until both sides are golden brown and the pancake is cooked all the way through.

Step 9 :

Stack two to three pancakes, and garnish with honey and cinnamon powder.
