Honey Wheat Pancakes make a healthy start to your day. Instead of maple syrup, make this simple honey butter syrup for a change!

Step 1 :

In a large bowl, combine wheat flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix it well and set it aside.

Step 2 :

In a small bowl, beat eggs, add buttermilk, coconut oil and 3 tbsp honey. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix it until it is a smooth consistency.

Step 3 :

Heat a pan and grease butter on it. Pour lade-full batter on the pan and allow it to cook. Fry the pancake on both side for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4 : For the honey butter syrup

Combine melted butter, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix it well right before serving on top of the pancakes.

Step 5 :

Serve it hot!
