Wheat pancakes are a healthy breakfast meal. The sweet aroma of egg, milk and vanilla, makes it a delicious treat for all.

Step 1 :

Take wheat flour in a bowl and add milk, eggs and sugar to it.

Step 2 :

Mix it well so no lumps are formed, add vanilla essence and mix for 5 minutes, till the sugar dissolves and batter becomes a little fluffy.

Step 3 :

Heat a frying pan, brush it with little ghee and spread one ladle of batter on the pan and close the lid.

Step 4 :

Fry it for 20-25 seconds in low to medium flame. Turn it around and fry the other side for 10-15 seconds.

Step 5 :

Remove it from the pan, and serve it with Honey. Your healthy wheat pancakes are ready.
