Step 1 :

In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to it and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Take an egg in another bowl and add butter to it. Mix it well.

Step 3 :

Now, keep adding milk to it in portions and mix along. Add vanilla essence to it.

Step 4 :

Later, add this mixture into the wheat flour and prepare the batter. Do not over mix the batter. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5 :

Heat a pan and grease it with butter. Put the batter on the pan and let it spread on its own.

Step 6 :

Cook on both the sides, each for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7 :

Top it with your favorite topping and enjoy the breakfast.
