Gingery Pineapple Whole Wheat Pancake is very easy to make and tasty to eat at breakfast.

Step 1 :

In a small bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk until it combines well. Add melted butter and whisk until no lumps remain.

Step 2 :

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Brush the pan with a little butter and pour a small amount of batter on it.

Step 3 :

Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.

Step 4 : To make the pineapple syrup

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add pineapple and grated ginger to it and cook 8 minutes or until slightly soft, stir frequently. Add sugar and cinnamon, mix it well. Once done, switch off the gas.

Step 5 :

Serve the pancakes topped with ginger and pineapple syrup and a little butter over it.
