These pancakes are easy to make and delicious to taste. These are prepared with wheat flour hence making it a healthy dish.

Step 1 :

In a bow, beat the egg and then add 1/2 cup milk.

Step 2 :

Gradually, add wheat flour, wheat bran flour and baking powder to it, while continuously stirring it.

Step 3 :

Add sugar, salt, and butter and mix well. Add a little more milk as required to balance the consistency of the batter. Blend in the dry fruits.

Step 4 :

Heat the pan and coat it entirely with melted butter.

Step 5 :

Pour a ladle full of batter onto the pan. Allow the batter to flow and form a circle.

Step 6 :

Cook it on both sides for a minute or two and then transfer it on a plate.

Step 7 :

Repeat the same steps to cook remaining batter. Stack the pancakes on a plate and serve hot with maple syrup.
