Step 1 :

Take a bowl, add oil, butter, egg and milk to it.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, combine atta, sugar and baking powder.

Step 3 :

Now, add the dry ingredients in portions to the wet ingredients mixture and continue to stir with a spoon.

Step 4 :

Whisk it with a whisk till a smooth batter is obtained. Ensure there are no lumps formed.

Step 5 :

Now, heat a non-stick pan on medium flame. Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan.

Step 6 :

Flip once tiny bubbles start forming on the surface of the batter.

Step 7 :

Stack the pancakes on a plate and squeeze some maple syrup on top of it.

Step 8 :

Garnish the pancakes with chopped almonds.

Step 9 :

Your healthy pancakes made with wheat flour and milk, are now ready!
