This dish is a healthy and tasty dish. It has no added sugar, it is chemical and gluten free.

Step 1 :

Lightly toast almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios and khus khus, separately, for 3-5 minutes each.

Step 2 :

Crush them into pieces in a processor.

Step 3 :

Grind the dates, figs and raisins into a coarse paste.

Step 4 :

Now, heat a non stick pan and add the paste to it.

Step 5 :

Saute it for 5 minutes, till it melts a little.

Step 6 :

Add the rest of the dry fruits and mix well, while the gas is still on. After 5 minutes switch off the heat.

Step 7 :

While it is still warm, grease a plate and spread the mixture evenly in it. Cut it in squares when it cools to room temperature.
