Bread Rabri is a lovely dessert to have, especially on festive days like Diwali.

Step 1 :

Cut the edges of the bread slices and make a powder.

Step 2 :

Take a vessel, add milk and allow it to boil, then add milkmaid, cream and the dry fruits. Cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add sugar and the crumbs, give it a good mix and cook it for another 2 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now, add cardamom powder and saffron mixed with 5 tbsp of milk. Stir for 4-5 seconds and switch off the flame.

Step 5 :

Soak the bread slices in the mixture and pour it in a bowl to serve. Enjoy this delicious sweet.
