This recipe has the goodness of oats in this recipe which is rich in iron and fiber.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a grinder, powder oats and sugar separately. Make a smooth paste with oats powder, sugar powder, cocoa powder and grated coconut. Add milk if required.

Step 2 :

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 3 :

Put the mixture in the pan. Stir well on low flame.

Step 4 :

Add milk and cashew nut powder and mix well.

Step 5 :

After 3 minutes, add condensed milk.

Step 6 :

Stir the mixture till it leaves the sides of the pan.

Step 7 :

Switch off the gas and let it cool.

Step 8 :

Smear little ghee on your palms and make laddus.

Step 9 :

Place them in cupcake wrappers.

Step 10 :

Garnish it with shredded chocolate and chocolate syrup.
