Oats and Nuts Mixture is an easy to make snack that anyone can munch on at any time. It is a very healthy snack.

Step 1 :

Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Once it melts roast chopped cashews, almonds and walnuts, till they turn light brown in colour.

Step 2 :

Now, roast sesame seeds, raisins and dates.

Step 3 :

Once done, add in oats, desiccated coconut and muesli. Allow it to roast as well.

Step 4 :

Add jaggery pieces, keep stirring till it melts and gets mixed with the other ingredients.

Step 5 :

Once the ingredients are coated with jaggery, transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool down.

Step 6 :

Enjoy the goodness of this healthy snack. The extra mixture can be stored in an air tight container.
