It's a healthy version of a roti specially for gluten sensitive people and all those who wish to stay fit and slim. It also helps in weight loss.

Step 1 :

Cut methi, carrots, tomatoes, spring onions and green chillies. Grind these in a mixer to form a course mixture.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add jowar flour, corn flour, bajra flour, ground flax seeds, salt and a cup of the vegetable mixture.

Step 3 :

Add required amount of water to make a dough of the mixture. While making the dough add curd for taste. Ensure the dough it not too watery nor too thick in consistency.

Step 4 :

Roll out chapatis out of the dough and fry it on a non-stick tawa with a little oil.

Step 5 :

Cook the roti on both the sides and serve it hot with dal or any sabji.
