Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil water. Cut lemon grass into thin strips and add it to the water.

Step 2 :

Bring the water to a complete boil, once done allow it to simmer on low gas for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Now, switch off the gas and place the tea bags in the boiled water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Add lemon juice to it, stir it well and strain it into tea cups. Serve it hot.
