Lemon is a good source of vitamin C while honey gives instant energy and clear your lungs and keeps the body warm in winter, ginger helps burn fat and improves digestion, cinnamon is anti-bacterial and improves immunity.

Step 1 :

In a wok, add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil, add tea leaves and sliced ginger.

Step 2 :

Stir well, bring it to a boil on low heat for 1 minute.

Step 3 :

Once done, the decoction will change color. Strain it into the cup.

Step 4 :

Now add honey, lemon juice and cinnamon sticks. This is best consumed, at night before going to bed and in the morning after waking up.
