Step 1 :

In a large vessel, boil 2 cups of water.

Step 2 :

Add 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp ginger to it and boil for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

After 5 minutes, turn off the flame when the colour of water has changed to light brown/yellow.

Step 4 :

Now, strain the water and add 3 tsp of honey to it. Stir it well.

Step 5 :

Serve it hot in tea cups.
