With the goodness of whole wheat flour these pancakes are more healthier than the usual pancakes.

Step 1 :

Take a bowl, mix in wheat flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder together. Sieve the flour to ensure the batter turns fluffy and smooth.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, mix vanilla essence, milk, water and melted butter.

Step 3 :

Now, take the wet ingredients and mix it in the flour bowl. Mix the ingredients well using a fork.

Step 4 :

Allow the batter to rest for around 10 minutes.

Step 5 :

Heat a pan on medium flame, brush it with oil.

Step 6 :

Scoop a ladle of batter and pour it in the pan. The pancake size can be adjusted.

Step 7 :

Fry it for 3 minutes on both sides till it turns light brown in colour.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot and top it with some honey.
