Step 1 :

Crush a piece of ginger, basil leaves and cardamom. Once done, add it in a vessel.

Step 2 :

Add water to it and and let it boil on high flame.

Step 3 :

When the water starts to boil, add tea and sugar, let it boil completely till it turns brown in colour.

Step 4 :

Add milk in it and allow it to boil. Turn it to low flame and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Before switching off the gas, give it a good boil. Strain the tea into tea cups and serve it hot!
