Step 1 :

In a saucepan, add water and milk together. Allow it to boil.

Step 2 :

Once it boils, turn it to medium heat and add tea leaves and ginger. Stir it continuously.

Step 3 :

Let it simmer on low heat for a few more minutes.

Step 4 :

Crush the cardamom pod and add it to the boiling water.

Step 5 :

Once the tea turns brown in colour, switch off the flame.

Step 6 :

Strain the tea twice to ensure there are no particles.

Step 7 :

Add in sugar and rose water and give it a good stir.

Step 8 :

The fresh and aromatic tea is ready! Serve it hot in tea cups.
