It is a refreshing tea recipe, it is good for health and detoxification. It can be served hot or cold.

Step 1 :

Boil water in a vessel with mint leaves and lemon grass.

Step 2 :

Once done, allow it to rest for 2 minutes and sieve it.

Step 3 :

Boil the same water again. Add tea leaves, cardamom powder and grated ginger. Bring it to a complete boil.

Step 4 :

Strain the tea into a jar, add honey and a pinch of black salt in it.

Step 5 :

Serve it hot else refrigerate it and serve it with ice cubes.
