Step 1 :

In a vessel, bring milk to a simmer over low heat.

Step 2 :

Add cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, ashwagandha powder, cardamom powder, ginger powder, nutmeg powder, tea and season with pepper.

Step 3 :

Stir to ensure no lumps are formed.

Step 4 :

Add ghee, reduce it heat to low, and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5 :

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Strain and add honey.

Step 6 :

Pour it into a cup, drink it hot.
