Step 1 :

Soak raisins and apricot in water for about 1 hour.

Step 2 :

Soak rice and almonds in water overnight.

Step 3 :

Grind soaked rice with a little milk to a smooth paste.

Step 4 :

Grind the almonds with a little water to get a smooth paste.

Step 5 :

Finely chop plums, soaked raisins and apricots.

Step 6 :

In a saucepan, add milk and bring it to a boil. Keep on stirring milk till it starts to get thicken.

Step 7 :

Add the ground rice, add ground almonds and bring it to a boil.

Step 8 :

Add cream, sugar, chopped raisins, apricots, half of the chopped plums.

Step 9 :

Cook it for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame.

Step 10 :

Let it cool down at room temperature and keep it in refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.

Step 11 :

Garnish it with soaked almonds, raisins, apricots, chopped plums and serve it chilled.
